Inflight WiFi
WiFi passes
If there’s WiFi on your flight, you can buy one of the WiFi passes. Which passes are available depends on your destination and the aircraft type you’re flying on. You can purchase your WiFi pass during check-in or once you’ve boarded your flight.
Free messaging during the entire flight
Our Message Pass offers complimentary messaging on all European flights with WiFi access during the entire flight. This lets you send and receive text messages via WhatsApp, Messenger, WeChat, and similar services. Note that you cannot send or receive photos, videos, or audio files.
Surf Pass
The Surf Pass costs EUR 8 for your entire flight. With this pass, you can:
- surf the internet;
- send and receive e-mails;
- send and receive text messages.
We advise against streaming. The internet connection speed of the Surf Pass will probably let you watch a buffering screen more often than the actual video.

- surf the internet;
- send and receive e-mails including (large) attachments;
- send and receive messages including photos, videos, and audio files;
- stream music, audio, and video.

How to connect
You can use the inflight WiFi as soon as you’re seated, or shortly after take-off in some countries. Simply switch your device to aeroplane mode, connect to our WiFi network, and follow the steps popping up on your screen.
Once your device is connected, an “onboard portal” will open. Here, you can activate the Message Pass, or buy your internet pass if you didn't already arrange this beforehand. In this portal, you can also check your latest flight status and book activities for your destination.
We try our best to make sure that you don’t run into any issues when you buy one of our inflight WiFi passes. When something does go wrong, you can request a refund for your purchased pass.
